About Us
The ramen 'yatai' or ramen foodcart started as early as the 1900's in Japan. These carts served from sunset 'til dawn, often known as 'yonakisoba' or midnight ramen. Here we are bringing the essence of 'yatai' to the Seattle neighborhood.
